National Investigating Team from Delhi raided at the residences of close aides and relatives of MP Amritpal Singh, who is lodged in Dibrugarh Jail under National Security Act.
According to information, first raid was conducted at his uncle Pragat Singh Sandhu’s house and workshop located on Rayya-Feruman Road, besides at his brother-in-law’s Amanjot Singh’s house in Butala village (Amritsar). Amanjot is currently residing in Canada.
The NIA also raided at residences of is relatives Mehta (Amritsar), Sri Hargobindpur (Gurdaspur) and Gurnam Nagar in Amritsar.

NIA has allegedly detained Amarjit Kaur wife of Paragat Singh for questioning at Beas police station.
