A 45-year-old woman of Punjabi origin has been identified as the victim of a fatal stabbing in LaSalle, shocking the local community.
The victim, Nancy Grewal of Windsor, who was known as a YouTuber, was attacked Tuesday night, police said.
According to the LaSalle Police Service, officers and paramedics responded to a report of a stabbing shortly before 9:30 p.m. in the 2400 block of Todd Lane. When first responders arrived at the scene, they found Grewal suffering from severe stab wounds.
She was rushed to hospital by Essex-Windsor Emergency Medical Services, but later succumbed to her injuries, authorities confirmed.
