Sukhjinder Singh Babbar claims responsibility for the Chandigarh blast in a social media post: “We want to tell the Indian system that efforts to wipe out Punjab’s Sikh youth will come to a nought. Killers of Ranjit Singh in Gurdaspur will also not be spared, invoking Khalistan.”
